Our Flight Package Exclude

The hot-air balloon ride experience is a journey of a lifetime, giving you a unique perspective on the breathtaking beauty of Pokhara. While the package includes a range of exciting features, there are a few things that are not included.

Photo + Video

Capture the memories of your journey with stunning photos and videos that you can look back on for years to come. Unfortunately, this service is not included in the package. However, you're welcome to bring your own camera and capture the moments yourself.

Food & Beverage

While you're on your journey, you'll be treated to a range of welcome drinks. However, food and beverages are not included in the package. 

Our Flight Package Refund Policy

We strive to provide our guests with the best experience possible. We understand that sometimes, unexpected circumstances can arise. That's why we have a flexible return policy.

1. 1.  To confirm the booking 50% should be paod in advance and remaining payment should be clear a day before the flight
2. 2. Incase of cancellation, it has to be done before 24 hours of flight.
3. 3. There is no refund and no return policy if the cancellation is done by Guest/Agent after less than 24 hours before flight or on the spot. Along with this company will not be responsible for any personal excuse.
4. 4. Full refund is provided in the case of flight cancellation done by company dur to bad weather condition or any technical conditions within two days of flight.
5. 5. Agents will be reponsible for any misinformation futher than above provided.
6. 6. Permittance of passengers boarding is fully authorized to the company.

Dress Code:

1. 1. Sneakers with high socks.
2. 2. Pants that you can move in.
3. 3. Ball cap or hat.
4. 4. Layered clothing depending on the weather.
