Our Flight Package Exclude

The hot-air balloon ride experience is a journey of a lifetime, giving you a unique perspective on the breathtaking beauty of Pokhara. While the package includes a range of exciting features, there are a few things that are not included.

Photo + Video

Capture the memories of your journey with stunning photos and videos that you can look back on for years to come. Unfortunately, this service is not included in the package. However, you're welcome to bring your own camera and capture the moments yourself.

Food & Beverage

While you're on your journey, you'll be treated to a range of welcome drinks. However, food and beverages are not included in the package. 

Our Flight Package Refund Policy

We strive to provide our guests with the best experience possible. We understand that sometimes, unexpected circumstances can arise. That's why we have a flexible return policy.

1. 1. If the flight is canceled due to weather, we will provide a 100% refund of the booking cost.
2. 2. Guests can cancel their booking up to 3 days before the scheduled flight, and we will provide a 100% refund of the booking cost.
3. 3. If guests cancel their booking 1 day before the scheduled flight, we will provide a 50% refund of the booking cost.
4. 4. The minimum age requirement for the hot-air balloon ride is 5 years and above, and the minimum height requirement is 3.5 ft.
5. 5. If you have a history of leg injury or any other medical condition that may be aggravated by the flight, we advise against taking the hot-air balloon ride for your own safety.
